Summer Teachers’ Institute, presented by the Baltimore Jewish Council, Jewish Museum of Maryland and the Maryland State Department of Education runs from July 29th through July 31st and features the Jan Karski Educational Foundation, a tour of a new exhibit at the US Holocaust Memorial Museum and a day at the Jewish Museum of MD learning to teach Maus in the classroom, creating lesson plans that tie in with the new Common Core Standards and more! A $25 registration fee includes breakfast and lunch on Monday and Wednesday and bus transportation to the Holocaust Museum.
