Dr Robert Rook
Robert Rook is currently Professor of History and Director of Interdisciplinary Studies at Towson University in Baltimore, MD. He is also an adjunct lecturer in the National Security Affairs Department at the Naval Post-Graduate School. Dr. Rook received his Ph.D. in 20th Century U.S. History and specializes in American cultural, political, and military relationships with the contemporary Mideast. Dr. Rook lived in the Middle East for nearly ten years teaching in Tel Aviv, Israel and in Cairo, Egypt. He has traveled extensively throughout the Middle East, spending significant periods of time in Jordan, Syria, and Morocco.
Mr. Michael Kulczak
Michael Kulczak is a retired securities attorney with 35 years experience in the regulation and oversight of financial markets. During his career, he worked at the US Securities and Exchange Commission, the Nasdaq Securities Market (in Washington, DC and Brussels, BE), and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Roughly half of his career focused on the development of securities regulations and oversight practices in jurisdictions outside the US.
